Due to the nature of trading cards, including their susceptibility to handling damage, environmental factors, and market fluctuation, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons such as change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or minor condition expectations that fall within our stated grading standards.
We guarantee that all Pokémon cards sold on our website are 100% authentic. We do not sell counterfeit or proxy cards. If a customer believes they have received a non-authentic item, they must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence. After review and verification, we will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
Condition of Cards
We strive to accurately describe the condition of every card listed on our website. Cards may be classified using standard industry terms such as Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, or Heavily Played. Please note that minor imperfections such as slight whitening, centering variance, or print lines may exist even in Near Mint cards, especially in older Japanese and English prints.
Customers are encouraged to carefully review product images and descriptions before making a purchase. If you require additional images or clarification, you should contact us prior to placing your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description, damaged during shipping, or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
