We ship both domestic and international orders. Shipping times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
All orders are carefully packaged to ensure maximum protection. Cards are secured using sleeves, top loaders, and protective materials to prevent damage during transit.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
Rare Poke Market is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If your order arrives damaged, lost, or significantly delayed, you must contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and provide a suitable solution where applicable.
In cases where a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers should first contact the shipping carrier. We may assist where possible but are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
If an order is returned to us due to incorrect address or failure to collect the package, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping fees for reshipment.
